Prison For a New Life.

Existential Crisis

This story is about a boy who was born in a destitute family. They lived in a poor part of the town, and his father reached senility although he was working hard as a worker to provide a meagre amount for his wife who had been suffering from asthma and for his son who was 14 years old,

The father was giving his all to never make his son feel that he was beneath his friends.

But what about the son?! Alas, he wasn’t appreciating what his father was doing! He was a stray, wasting his time with his bad friends, even they encouraged him to smoke and he did, and then they guided him to have some cocaine and ecstasy pills till he became a drug addict.

One day a big fire happened in the factory and unfortunately his father died, It was a terribly big shock for him and he stayed alone with his sick mother.

This shock made him despair and closer to drugs and drinking and far from his study and his mother even though he had been expelled from school, His mother’s health conditions became worse, then he realized a little bit about her and decided to find a job but everyone rejects him, then he asked help from his relatives but no one gives him a hand.

So what happened after all these pieces of stuff??!

He took refuge toward the man who was selling him the drugs and asked him for help, the man smiled and said do you want to be the one who cut the heads not who his head is cut? you want to be wealthy, do you want to see the heaven, the boy said I do want man, he didn’t know that he was about to be in hell, Then he followed that man, and after some days he became a drug dealer, But unfortunately, he couldn’t save his mother, she had died, and he became lonely and violent and more anger...

One day he and his partner met a man to sell him a huge amount of drugs and they had made a perfect plan to dispatch the goods, but the biggest event was that the police had known about this process and their perfect plan had failed and they had been arrested.

But because of their strong deals, they had got a good lawyer who managed to erase all the evidence, but they didn’t take the crimes of theft into account, for that the court decided to imprison him for 5 years, while his partner escaped from the prison sentence.

But that year was the starting point of a new life for him, he met a good man who guided him to God, he said when I talked to him the first time and told him my whole story he asked me to pray and converse my problems and concerns lonely with the god who can bestow you the mercy which you had been deprived of it in your life. But I always thought that it is bullshit because my mom always kept praying for me and all his prayers weren’t working. After spending some days with that man I started feeling something beautiful with his talks.

He began praying, he said that he felt faith and peace around him for the first time, then he kept praying and became a good boy and most optimistic, after spending five years in prison, he was released to start a new life from zero, and he opened a small restaurant with help of that man, he said really it is a splendid feeling to leave every lousy habit behind you and started from zero.

This story tells us sometimes the way to god is when life and people deceive you and leave you, and whatever you face you can overcome it.
